She previously released a 'diss track' about her former footballer flame and his new girlfriend Clara Chia Marti.
And now she has sent a powerful new message with the name of her newest song, which she has called The Boss, according to The Sun.
This alludes to the alleged nickname that Gerard's friends referred to her as, after they claimed she wouldn't hang out with them during their relationship.
The footballer's pals chose the name 'La Patron' meaning 'The Boss' to reference her 'bad character'.
She previously performed her previous 'diss track' at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards on Tuesday.
The song, released in January, was called Shakira Bzrp Music Sessions 53, and contains several dig towards Gerard, including the line: 'A lot of gyms. But work your brain a little bit too.'
Shakira also sings: 'I'm worth two 22's. You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo. You traded a Rolex for a Casio.'
Another part of the song says: 'From love to hate there's only one step' before Shakira adds: 'No hard feelings baby, I wish you the best with my supposed replacement.'

She makes another clear allusion to Clara, 23, with the lyrics: 'She's got the name of a good person. Clearly is not how it sounds.'
'Clearly' in English translates as 'Claramente' in Spanish, obviously referencing her ex's new girlfriend, as one fan pointed out.
The hitmaker took to the stage at the awards ceremony to perform a medley of her biggest hits, including She Wolf, Objection (Tango), Hips Don’t Lie and Whenever, Wherever.
Shakira ended the sensational performance with Shakira Bzrp Music Sessions 53 and in true rock star fashion dove into the crowd, before receiving a standing ovation from the impressed crowd.
